Brooks RCMP are requesting the public's assistance with the following investigation:

On the morning of April 6, 2010 a member of the general public located a black Gamo pellet gun inside the cardboard recycling bin behind the MNP Accounting building located on 1 Street West in Brooks.

The owner of the pellet gun is unknown at this time and the pellet gun remains in the custody of the Brooks RCMP Detachment located at 310-4 Street West, Brooks, Alberta.
